Like many new businesses, Informi started as a lightbulb moment.

In an era of ever-increasing entrepreneurship, we saw an opportunity – a market need if you will – to provide support to the millions of SMEs, sole-traders and startups out there.

You’ve no doubt seen the off-putting stories about small businesses who fail in their first five years. Depending on whom you believe that’s as many as one in five businesses.

It shouldn’t have to be this way. The truth is: while the first five years can be tough, with the right guidance, every new business can be a success. And that’s where Informi comes in.
